A portable application can be run from a removable drive (USB flash drive, iPod, portable hard drive, etc) on any Windows computer without installation.
You will carry the program with settings on removable drive and don't modify settings on host computer.
On Vista and above turn off User Account Control (UAC) or run launcher as admin.

Save a part or whole web site to drive without installation.
Download Portable OfflineExplorer (16 MB)
Extract and run OfflineExplorerPortable.
Language set by launcher according UserDefaultLang (if you don't want: write UserDefaultLang=false in OfflineExplorerPortable.ini): ar, cz, da, de, du, en, fr, hr, hu, id, it, pl, pt, ptbr, ro, ru, sk, sp, srb, src, tr, ua, zhcn, zhtc.
Settings of installed OfflineExplorer should be preserved.

since latest your Offline Installer don´t work on my Win 10 System.
AV is deactivated without success
Otherwise I have no idea to fix this Problem
Tested working on Windows 10 64 bit and XP 32 bit.
I can't do more.
