Telegram 6.7.6 32-64 bit Multilingual

Download Portable Telegram latest 32-64 bit Online (0.6 MB) 05/09/25

Extract and run TelegramPortable.
Don't forget to close in systray when leaving.
Settings of installed Telegram should be preserved.

Multi-Users: edit TelegramPortable.ini with User=NameOfNewUser (default is Telegram)

    Hi Bernat,
    I have tested previous version 2.1.6 and your launcher leave some keys on
    (Windows) registry:
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TelegramDesktop]
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TelegramDesktop\Capabilities] [HKCU\Software\TelegramDesktop\Capabilities\UrlAssociations]
    (but last subkey do not was appeared: probably without UrlAssociations).
    I think that your online installer simply grab portable version from the site
    -> https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop
    but 'portable' version leave traces on registry.
    btw
    PortableApps installer save the file 'TelegramDesktopPortable.reg' inside
    -> C:\PortableApps\TelegramDesktopPortable\Data\settings
